Kenneth von Schaumburg is a member in Clark Hill PLC’s Washington D.C. office and is co-chair of the firm’s environmental law group. Ken principally focuses his practice in the areas of environment, natural resources and energy regulatory and government law and policy. Ken served as the deputy general counsel (2004-2006) and special counsel (2002-2004) to the United States Environmental Protection Agency in the Administration of George W. Bush.
